Schweizerische Eidgenossenschaft (Swiss Confederation). 1848-present. 2 Franken 1968 B (Copper-Nickel, 27 mm, 8.84 g, 6 h), struck-through grease mint error ("Fremdkörperprägung") on the reverse. Bern. Helvetia standing facing, head to left, holding spear in her right hand and placing her left on Swiss coat of arms; all within circle of twenty-two stars; in exergue, HELVETIA. Rev. 2 Fr. / 1968 within oak and alpine rose wreath. Cf. HMZ 2-1202xx. Rare with this mint error. Very minor marks and edge nicks, otherwise, nearly extremely fine.
